- Manage continuous improvement projects including the project portfolio related to Metrology for the facility
- Optimize QM structure, configuration and data in SAP
- Maximize systems for instrument specifications & provide support with vendor calibration process
- Reduce negative impact on operations by managing the time needed to perform calibrations
- Manage Metrology Team Members
- 8-years of Metrology experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- 5-years of direct people management experience
- Experience with compliance and quality in a pharmaceutical environment
- Proven experience in developing and executing metrology systems and activities including, but not limited to, instrumentation, controls, process improvement methodologies & systematic problem solving
- $120,000 - $135,000 base salary + annual bonus

Piper Companies is searching for a Metrology Manager to join a well known pharmaceutical organization in the Raleigh, NC region . The Metrology Manager will be responsible for metrology systems and calibration activities for the department. This is a full time, on-site opportunity with a Monday - Friday schedule.
