Architect and DevOps Engineer, Senior

As a Kubernetes SME on our team, you'll use your development experience to streamline our

sof tware development life cycle from requirements to monitoring in production.

You'll incorporate open-source tools, automation, and Cloud resources to cut down on tedious, boring tasks and free up the team's developers to do what they do best - innovate.

You'll implement continuous integration and delivery to limit manual testing and troubleshooting. This is an opportunity to build your experience in modern, Cloud-native

sof tware development.

You Have:
8+ years of experience managing and leading teams
5+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services
5+ years of experience leading and working with DevOps methods and practices
3+ years of experience implementing Kubernetes environments
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform or Cloud formation
Experience with Configuration as Code, including AWS SSM, Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAT Level III Certification within 6 months of hire date
Nice If

You Have:
Experience with Identity Authentication and Authorization, including Single-Sign-On, SAML, or OpenID
Experience with advanced networking design and troubleshooting, including DNS, Routing, or Subnetting
Knowledge of Ubuntu, RHEL, and Windows Server
Knowledge of Active Directory and GPO
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Asso cia te Certification
AWS Certified Developer - Asso cia te Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
