    This amazing opportunity for Litigation Paralegal offers a chance to work with prestigious, progressive attorneys and fellow paralegals. The candidate will have the opportunity to build their career, work with smart legal professionals, and have a good client base.

    Position: Litigation Paralegal

    Responsibilities:

    Manage litigation matters, including preparing pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery.
    - Utilize Westlaw for legal research.
    - Handle a wide variety of litigation, with emphasis on commercial litigation.
    - Manage and ensure quality control of electronic documents.
    - Collaborate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff.

    Essential Job Functions:

    Experience: 3+ years as a commercial litigation paralegal.
    - Strong communication skills.
    - Ability to meet deadlines.
    - Ability to work autonomously and also collaborate effectively with a team.

    Skills:

    Experience with managing litigation matters.
    - Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw.
    - Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
