Qualification

Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science/ IT or Computer Applications
10+ years of experience in Forecasting, Planning, Data Analyst, or Data Science roles
Proficiency with using large scale data analytics in service of solving complex business problems
Proficiency with data science programming languages (e.g. Python, R), data visualization (e.g. Tableau), SQL, and Excel

Proven experience in building highly scalable, compliant, and secure, enterprise-grade data and analytics platforms with robust data quality, data governance, data discovery, catalog and visualization capabilities.

Ability to quickly build relationships and partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
Familiarity with standard end-to-end financial processes such as forecast, close, analysis, and reporting
Success leading multiple activities, projects, priorities, and people in a dynamic, fast-growing, and results-driven environment Comfortable applying fundamental accounting principles
Independent, self-motivated, and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
Ability to gain an understanding of the functionality of various systems
Experience and knowledge in SQL, Python, and Tableau
Outstanding attention-to-detail and organizational skills
Experience with RAG, AIML modelling & Analysis techniques
Ability to condense complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways that drive action
Superb communication and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent in teamwork and relationship building. Not above doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
