Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients.


Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Perform various nursing procedures, such as wound care, specimen collection, and catheterization
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and selfcare techniques
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in [state]
• Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Experience with electronic health record systems (eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth)
• Familiarity with ICD10 coding and case management
• Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, including seniors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
