    POSITION SUMMARY:

    As the Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for cleaning all aspects of assigned areas, including public areas, offices, and equipment, to meet standards in order to promote the quality upkeep and appearance of the building and customer locations.

    Duties will also include but are not limited to:

    • Remove trash from all assigned areas.
    • Follow all safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Inspect and ensure that all assigned areas are properly cleaned and in good repair, maintain assigned equipment in clean, working condition, reporting problems and suggestions to the supervisor.
    • Replenish paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in all assigned areas to assure adequate supply.
    External Hiring Range:$13.00/hour

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Experience in custodial services preferred.
