    Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
    Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
    Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.


    Qualifications:
    Background in mechanical/electrical engineering with experience in food processing or packaging machinery.
    Proven track record in project management, preferably in further processing or related industries.
    Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Costing and estimating experience to effectively manage project budgets and financial aspects.
    FDA audit experience a plus.
    Should know Microsoft project manager.


    Benefits:

    Competitive compensation:
    $120,000 to $160,000 based on experience.

    Extensive travel opportunities for on-site project work (Company Vehicle provided or car allowance provided plus pay all gas and maintenance).Will be on-site in AR when not traveling.
