PACE Supply is hiring an Operations Assistant for our Distribution Center in Stockton, CA This role supports the DC by managing and coordinating projects from start to finish ranging from customer specific requests to larger branch wide initiatives The Operations Assistant works closely with all departments to ensure smooth HVAC operations accurate and damage free deliveries and a high level of customer service
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute projects assigned by the DC Leadership Team managing all phases from planning through tracking and measuring results
- Partner with departments and branch locations outside of the Distribution Center as needed to successfully complete projects
- Provide hands on support to DC departments to ensure a high level of customer service
- Maintain working knowledge and proficiency across all DC departments including Inventory Control Pipe Shipping Receiving
