    United StatesDescription To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     + Feeds the jogged forms into the proper pocket, always checking the sample form that is hung above the pocket for correctness.

    + Prepares a lift of signatures to be fed through the pockets by jogging the lifts even, pulling out any damaged or curly forms.

    + Checks load tags and form identifications to make sure proper forms are at the machine.

    + When the machine is down, follows list of duties as assigned by Bookbinder or Bindery Worker Level 3.

    + Re-piles all good forms found on the floor to their proper pallet in an effort to keep waste down.

    + Checks books for proper trimming, wires and marking.

    + When in-line mailing, the delivery person must make sure that labels are properly glued on and the bundles are sorted properly. In the case of inkjet jobs, must check to insure that inkjet is legible and sorted properly.

    + Each bundle of mail has its own destination (area of delivery). There is a supplied tag (for sacked mail) for each area of bundles that must be matched up with the final bundle of that zip code. There are pre-printed load flags and pallet placards that are supplied with palletized mail. These must be properly attached to the correct pallets.

    + After a job is complete, each pallet of left over forms is to be counted, then leveled off.

    + Performs all duties safely and in accordance with all safety rules and requirements.

    + Applies Arandell Corporation philosophy in dealing with internal and external clients.

    + Maintains a positive customer relations approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.

    + Maintains a high level of confidentiality on all matters involving the Bindery Department and Arandell Corporation.

    + Performs all special duties assigned by management and supervision. Requirements

    + Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Requires basic mathematical skills to be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide

    + Requires the ability to communicate fluently in English to provide effective and clear written and oral communication

    + Ability to follow oral and written instructions
