    Are you a people person with a love of problem solving? This role finds, attracts and hires talent to build the Vermeer team.

    With a passion for our culture and an eye for skill, this position screens for potential, guides the interview process and fills roles that move the business forward.

    What You'll Do


    • Facilitate effective staffing of business area(s) through assessing needs and identifying and recruiting talent.
    • Source and recruit prospects using a variety of digital platforms to target ideal candidates for open positions.
    • Manage interview and hiring processes through effective assessment of candidates' abilities to perform in positions of consideration.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, and peers to drive a positive hiring experience.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of functional area through individual performance measurement and barrier identification.
    • Drive attraction efforts through key messaging and audience targeting activities based on market trends and insights.
    • Actively participate in projects within functional area and cross-functionally to achieve common business goals.
    What We're Looking For

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related area.
    Or Associate's Degree with a minimum two years related experience.
    Creative problem solving and ability to influence action.
    Build key relationships to influence future talent.
    Ability to learn markets, business functions and state and federal hiring processes and laws.
    Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred.

    Travel

    Occasional travel is expected of this position.

    Some of a team member's day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus.
