- Operate and maintain landscape equipment, such as mowers, trimmer, blowers, snowplow truck and other snow removal equipment efficiently and safely.
- Perform sprinkler system maintenance, operation and repairs.
- Remove yard debris and manage weed control.
- Communicate effectively and cooperate with supervisors, client, etc.
- Perform snow removal services, may be required to report during off hours.
- Perform seasonal activities, such as fall cleanup and winter assignments, efficiently and safely.
- Assist in the building facility maintenance when needed to perform GMW type maintenance during down time of property.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of experience using landscape maintenance equipment.
- Ability to do small engine and equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.
- Ability to learn and use CMMS Work Order System.
- Ability to acquire a Secret Clearance.
