Creatives on Call is seeking a junior proposal writer for our insurance client located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a fully remote, ongoing role for 12 weeks. As a Junior Proposal Writer, you will assist in drafting proposals, presentations and written responses to new business opportunities. Working under senior writers, you will help craft compelling documents to win new client work.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research on potential clients, their industries and needs

Draft written content including background, methodologies and value propositions

Format documents per agency templates and style guidelines

Assist with assembling proposals, decks and other collateral

Support business development team with administrative tasks

Participate in practice pitches and new business meetings

Requirements:

1-2 years related experience in insurance or healthcare focused marketing, communications or client services

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English or related field

Strong writing and proofreading abilities

Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Interest in pursuing a career in marketing, sales or client management

Ability to take and apply feedback to improve skills
