    The Learning Experience Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day logistics of Elev8s training programs, including classroom, virtual, and eLearning. They will manage the learner experience from start to finish, from nomination and registration to post-training activities. The Learning Experience Coordinator will also coordinate with trainers, purchases course materials, and manage test/exam facilities.

    Responsibilities:

    Pre-Training Experience

    • Communicate with learners before, during, and after training programs to provide information and support.
    • Send training invites to learners.
    • Upload learner data/training data to the LMS.
    • Set up learners, learning paths, goals/skills, and training assessments in the system.
    • Prepare the training room (physical classroom training) or test virtual environment (virtual training).
    • Set up class surveys on MTM.
    • Welcome learners at the training center and help them navigate the facilities.
    • Manage the registration process for training programs, including managing enrollment and maintaining records.

    Learner Experience

    • Share course material with learners (physical material, redemption codes, online links).
    • Share lab access information with learners (credentials for in-house labs, access links, and codes for online labs).
    • Instruct learners to complete the pre-training assessments.
    • Support the instructor during the course and resolve problems.
    • Answer learner questions related to Elev8, training schedule, and learning paths.
    • Collect POE data (depending on client requests and training delivery type).
    • Instruct learners to return surveys.
    • Instruct learners to redeem achievement codes.
    • Instruct learners to complete the post-training assessments.

    Post-Training Experience

    • Follow up with learners on surveys.
    • Upload attendance data to SharePoint.
    • Upload recording of training to LMS (if needed).
    • Upload POE data to SharePoint (depending on client requests and training delivery type).
    • Provide certification exam vouchers to learners (depending on the training program).
    • Follow up with learners regarding certification exams.
    • Provide feedback/data on success of class, quality.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree or other appropriate discipline
    • Minimum of 5 years in a Client Experience or Customer Service role
    • Work experience in the education or training sector is preferred
    • Fluency in English is essential in both written & spoken form.
    • Fluency in Arabic is desired
    • Experience in coordinating trainings or small training projects including training logistics co-ordination
    • Proficient with various office productivity applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to track and measure quality through data analysis (Excel, Power BI, LMS)
