We are seeking a candidate that is people oriented, thrives under pressure, and is driven by achieving results. What Does an Entry Level Customer Relations Specialist Do?Follow up with specific client customers to address concerns, answer questions, and build relationshipsMaintain professionalism when interacting with customers and represent our clients with integrityEnsure all CDC and client compliance guidelines are followed at all timesBecome a master in client product knowledge to be able t accurately educate customersLearn every step of the sales process to be able to close sales for select customersKeep a detailed account of all customer interactions to be sent to clients for customer recordsParticipate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback to further company successSo What Does it Take to Be an Entry Level Customer Relations Specialist?High school diploma/GED or a Bachelor's Degree is preferred1-3 years of experience working in other customer service, sales, or customer-facing rolesAn ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environmentA passion for communicating with customersAn internal drive for success and professional growth#LI-Onsite
