About The Job:
We are seeking a talented and driven Project Manager to join our team in the

outsourcing/offshoring

industry.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and successfully completing projects within budget and timeline, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies.


Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to closure.
Develop project plans, including scope, deliverables, schedule, and resources.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients and team members.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Continuously improve project management processes and tools.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the

outsourcing/offshoring

industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
