- Perform service and maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty components to ensure the proper functioning of systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems.
- Provide excellent customer service by offering multiple options for customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the scope of work and provide recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and participate in training programs as required.

- Valid Driver's License
- EPA Certification
- NATE certification (preferred but not required)
- The ideal candidate should have the ability to independently maintain and repair residential split systems, package units, and ductless systems
- Should be knowledgeable in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC equipment, as well as performing repairs and replacements as needed
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service is essential for this role. Experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing technical guidance is highly desired
- Background and Drug Screening is a must
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
