- Be able to prepare all the menu items on each station, know how to prepare the station for service, and know how to make all components on the station
- Responsible for controlling the quality of all food items prepared to the restaurant's specifications
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Knowledge of operating all kitchen equipment
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional

Job Details
DHAMAKA is looking for a talented, passionate PREP COOK to work. Hone your skills by learning and cooking Indian cuisine, and working with a group of young, talented industry professionals.
Ideal candidate must have at least 1-2 years of prep cook experience and speak at least some English.
Hourly rate based on experience but starting at $16 to $18 per hour.
