    Description

    We're looking for a Full-Time Clinical Manager (RN) in Culpeper, VA

    Medi Home Health & Hospice, which is part of Medical Services of America, Inc., is in search of an experienced Full-Time Clinical Manager (RN) to join our team in Culpeper, VA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Approving service requests, orders, and discharges
    • Managing patient service schedules
    • Checking physician's orders for accuracy
    • Reviewing and notifying physicians of lab reports
    • Conducting in-home visits
    • Implementing nursing procedures
    • Monitoring and reporting patient reactions to treatment
    • Teaching and counseling patients and families

    Requirements:

    • Must have an RN license in VA
    • Knowledge of Hospice Regulations and Reimbursement
    • Minimum of one-year Hospice experience
    • Minimum of two years nursing experience
    • Experience with Oasis
