About Rinn ABA
Rinn ABA Consulting is a BCBA-owned and operated practice founded in 2010. We provide highly individualized ABA services in clients' homes and are preparing to expand and open a center in Saddle Brook this spring.
We are a small, systems-driven organization. Our priorities are simple:

We are not a volume-driven agency. We intentionally keep caseloads small and supervision levels high so that clinical decisions can be careful and data-based.
Who This Role Is For
This role is best suited for a BCBA who:
- Has experience supervising therapists in home settings
- Demonstrates professionalism, composure, and strong interpersonal skills
- Wants to practice inside a structured, well-developed clinical system
- Is comfortable providing primarily in-person supervision, with remote sessions used when clinically appropriate
- Values collaboration, structure, and accountability
Caseload Structure
Caseloads are structured thoughtfully to balance clinical quality with sustainability. A full caseload typically includes:
- Approximately 4 daytime clients (9:00am–3:00pm blocks, with a mid-day break)
- Approximately 4 after-school clients (3:30pm–5:30pm blocks)
BCBAs supervise approximately 20% of therapy hours (30–40% during initial phases of new cases or staff). Most supervision is conducted in person.
Direct hours range from a minimum of 20 per week, with most full caseloads averaging 25–30 direct hours (excluding drive time and indirect work).
While supervision standards must be met, BCBAs have flexibility in organizing their weekly schedules based on preference and availability.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee individualized ABA intervention programs
- Analyze data and make program modifications
- Train and supervise full-time ABA therapists
- Conduct parent training
- Collect procedural integrity data
- Maintain clear and organized documentation
We use CentralReach in a highly structured and systematic way. While prior experience is helpful, we provide training in our model.
Center Development (Spring Opening)
We are opening an ABA center in Saddle Brook this spring.
The incoming BCBA will initially supervise home-based services, with gradual opportunities to shift cases to the center as it becomes operational.
Over time, there may be opportunities for increased leadership responsibilities within the center program for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $65–$80 per direct hour (based on experience)
- W2 employee status
- Paid drive time between clients
- Professional liability insurance provided
- Workers compensation insurance provided
- $550 monthly health insurance stipend
- Paid sick leave (up to 40 hours annually)
- Reimbursement for CEU's as well as BCBA/LBA certification expenses
- Performance evaluations with opportunities for pay increases
This is an hourly position. Compensation may vary week-to-week based on cancellations, though we work hard to maintain stable caseloads.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1–2 years post-certification supervision experience preferred
- Experience supervising therapists in home-based settings
- Strong work ethic and professional presence
- Clear writing and communication skills
- Comfortable providing in-person supervision
