- Seeking a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine Physician
- Outpatient responsibilities only
- Fulltime permanent position
- Monday – Friday
- No nights, no weekends
- Small patient panels for consistency and focus
- Valuebased care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
- Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
- Abovemarket compensation
- Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
- Quarterly bonus based on quality metrics (not quantity)
- Partnership track
- 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of PTO, major holidays, and CME
- Tuition Reimbursement

- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome but certainly not required
- Have an active, nonprobationary state medical license
