    Summary of Key DutiesAs an ADP Senior Staff Integrated Program Planner, you will be the lead planner responsible for a specific function of a Skunk Works program\.

    You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team\.

    You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control\. Success in this role depends on strong communication, collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools\.

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance\.\*\*This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other facilitiesA level 5 employee
    Typically has 9 \- 15 years of professional experience in planning, program management and/or, finance\.

    Basic Qualifications:The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
    • Bachelors degree
    • Active Secret Security Clearance
    • 5\+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling
    • Proficient with scheduling tools such as Open Plan, Primavera, MS Project, or ProjectView
    • Experiences with Earned Value Management \(EVM\) including Cost / Schedule Integration
    • Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis
    • Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
    • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
    • Demonstrated team building skills
    • Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills

    Desired Skills:The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business AdministrationExperience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology\.Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e\.g\.

    Earned Value ManagementDemonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilitiesPrevious experience with Deltek OpenPlanExcellent Communication and Organizational skillsExperience as a planning team lead and/or contract plannerProposal experienceStrong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management \(PPM\)

    Work Schedules:


    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
