    Description

    Required Skills:

    · Experience using DCSA systems suchs as e-QIP, NP2 and CVS/PIPS

    · Experience initiating and reviewing DCSA e-QIP submissions

    · Prior personnel security experience required

    · Strong preference for candidates with previous federal contracting experience

    · Strong oral and written communications skills required

    · Strong MS Office skills required

    Day-to-day Responsibilities:

    · Assist CMS with all aspects of front-end background investigation processing for the CMS population.

    · Enter data into CMS processing systems including but not limited to; The Case Management System, Security Manger, IDMS, SCMS, and the Enterprise User Administration (EUA) Front-End Interface (EFI).

    · Enter data into the e-QIP system for processing from initiation to completion for the CMS population, including conducting a quality review of the information submitted and communicating with the customer, in-person, by email, and/or phone, to ensure proper completion of the e-QIP.

    · Access the DCSA CVS/PIPS database to review customer's prior investigation information, screen-shot the case and adjudication status in order to update and upload into the customer's Security Manager profile and provide to Federal Personnel Security Specialists for further review.

    · Ensure Foreign National customers present documents that provide Federal work authorization to upload into Security Manager and to provide the work authorization expiration date for credential processing.

    Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    Equivalents: H.S. Diploma + 4 years additional relevant IT experience or Associate Degree + 1 years additional relevant IT experience
