Your Role & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing Finance, North America, you will play a key supporting role in steering the short- and long-term performance management of the business and be a leader in financial data and analytics for the business.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning:
Work with Customer Development (Sales) and Demand Planning to support the financial planning process across the brands and customers
Performance Management:
Analyze financial results and key trends, assess current and future business risks, and communicate results to leadership
Financial processes:
Own the financial information model and financial cycles ensuring the financial information meets the needs of the business and is delivered with speed and accuracy
Analytics:
Bring powerful analysis to issues and have a roving eye for detail; use an intelligent mix of logic and intuition in decision making and judgement
Democratize Data:
Enable commercial teams with timely, accuracy and accessible data
Business Partnering:
Interact cross functionally with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain evaluating all aspects of the business, including what new products will be launched, what new advert campaigns will go live, and where further investment will go
What You'll Need To Succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
4+ years of related financial planning and analysis experience with increasing responsibility and control
Prior work experience in Brand, Supply Chain, Customer Development (Sales), Audit, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Financial Planning is preferred
An enterprising and inquisitive nature that can find solutions to complex problems
Experience creating and implementing operational improvement solutions
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate results and implications of analysis
Experience communicating financial acumen effectively with all levels of the organization

Pay:
The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs
Bonus:
This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible
