    Purpose

    Independently responsible for full lifecycle recruiting as needs arise across Roseburg's diverse corporate, operations, and remote teams. Partner with leaders, hiring managers and human resources to evaluate and post openings, lead hiring strategy sessions, source and screen qualified candidates, interview, recommend offers, submit offers for approval, extend offers, on-board new hires and work to ensure a world-class candidate experience.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead full lifecycle recruiting process of assigned internal customers representing a broad range of positions and levels.
    • Partner with hiring teams to review job descriptions and organizational structure to develop recruitment needs.
    • Develop, implement, and lead search strategies specific to each position.
    • Proactively seek and source qualified candidates using recruiting tools, social media platforms, advertising, referrals, networking, and other methods as needed.
    • Review, contact, screen, prepare overview and forward qualified candidates to hiring teams.
    • Partner with hiring teams and candidates to align calendars, set up candidate travels, communicate interview logistics and expectations and confirm interviews.
    • At the direction of compensation team guidance, recommend hiring details including but not limited to salary, annual bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation, vacation, car allowance and other offer related needs and system input for approvals.
    • Extend offers, negotiate approved compensation packages, and work to establish start dates with candidates.
    • Initiate offer letter creation and new team member on-boarding including pre-employment contingencies and communicating cleared to start status with hiring teams.
    • Provide guidance, support and recruitment related consultation to leadership, team members, candidates, job fair attendees, and others seeking process, systems, company information, openings and all things related to recruiting for an international company.
    • Drive recruiting processes to ensure awareness and consistency.
    • Investigate and follow-up on complex people challenges related to recruiting, on-boarding, and retention.
    • Travel to company sites, colleges and universities, and career fairs to engage with candidates and hiring teams in-person as needed.
    • Identify, offer solutions, and actively participate in and contribute to recruiting related systems and process improvement strategies and projects.
    • Provide recruitment, interviewing, sourcing, and systems trainings as needed.
    • Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity and concise communications with managers, peers, and candidates.
    • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software program to track openings, candidates and review job applications.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree and 2 years full lifecycle recruiting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment, ATS/HRIS systems and data. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
    • High level of ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment with high sense of urgency, professionalism and excellent customer service to all.
    • Demonstrated expertise and creativity in sourcing quality active and passive candidates.
    • Ability to identify and match to the needs and culture of the organization.
    • Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting processes.
    • Ability to travel 20%
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field
    • 6 years full lifecycle recruiting experience
