Responsibilities

The Main Post Anesthesia Care Unit at St.

Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center serves over 25 operating rooms including Cardiovascular, Neurological, and a Level One General Operating Room.

In addtion to providing care to high acuity complex patients from a variety of operating rooms, the space provides multiple other procedural units throughout the organization.

PACU consists of 40 bays and serves as the space for over 900 patients every month. This fast paced collaborative unit is a great place to grow your post anesthesia skillset with a cohesive team.

Qualifications


Minimum:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

AZ RN license

American Heart Association BLS certification


Preferred:

BSN
Professional certification in area of specialty

One year recent acute care experience
