Description
Lead engineering teams across R&D, manufacturing engineering, project engineering, and technical documentation.
Oversee new product development, including design, material decisions, and validation testing.
Manage project execution to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective delivery.
Establish and enhance engineering processes aligned with industry standards.
Conduct design reviews and verify compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product and process design.
Provide technical support to procurement, quality, drafting, and production.
Oversee the test lab, prototype operations, and digital engineering databases.
Support failure analysis and oversee final approval of technical documentation.
Lead R&D strategy, new product line development, and intellectual property efforts.
Develop engineering KPIs and deliver performance reporting to executive leadership.
Recruit, mentor, and manage engineering talent.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
5+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, including product development.
3+ years managing engineering teams or leading technical departments.
Knowledge of aerospace‑grade materials, manufacturing practices, and industry standards.
Proficiency with ASME/ANSI drawing standards and CAD/database systems.
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead innovation, navigate complexity, and drive results.
High ethical standards and commitment to quality and compliance.
