    We are looking for a full-time Board-Certified/Board Eligible Physician in San Leandro and Fairfield California If your specialty is in Pain Medicine, PM&R, Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Neurology, or Internal Medicine, we are interested in hearing from you
    This role will support both San Leandro and Fairfield Clinics.
    Clinic Hours, Monday through Friday
    Fully Paid Training and Support
    Additional training in procedures, worker's compensation patient management, minimally invasive spine will be available for interested parties.

    The Pain Management Physician is to assume the role of a primary treating physician for injured workers as well as commercial and Medicare patients.

    O. with a personable and proficient in relationship building to help create a positive atmosphere. Analyze reports, test results, medical records, and examinations to diagnose any condition of patients and propose treatment options.

    Provide advice to patients for lifestyle and dietary changes that may improve their health or help to treat the health issue they are experiencing.

    Adhere to departmental policies, procedures and objectives, ongoing quality improvement objectives, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
    Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state health information privacy laws.
    Record complete, timely and legible medical records.
    Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing
    Functional restoration experience preferred.
    Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
    Experience prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens.

    Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with them to ensure positive, effective patient experiences with our organization.

    Knowledge base of musculoskeletal pathology and treatment is essential.
