to join their team. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities
Coach team members on cross-functionality and agile practices
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint retrospectives
Coach team members to improve team dynamics
Collaborate with the Product Owner
Ensure successful delivery of sprint goals with the team
Identify gaps, resolve issues and implement best practices
Report progress & reward the team on successes
Create performance metrics to track team performance
Qualifications
3+ years of software delivery
Experience as a Scrum Master
Familiarity with agile software management and collaboration tools
Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills to develop trust and safety across scaling teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
