    Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

    Dein Profil:

    Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Performance Marketing in einem eCommerce-Umfeld sammeln können.
    Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
    Du bist erfahren im Performance Marketing, insbesondere mit Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager, Kenntnisse im Affiliate-Business und SEO sind ein großes PLUS.
    Dich macht nicht nur dein strukturierter und analytischer Arbeitsstil, sondern auch deine exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit erfolgreich.
    Deine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für die neuen Formen der Mobilität zeichnet dich aus.
    Englisch sowie Deutsch sprichst und schreibst du verhandlungssicher.

    Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns:

    Du bist für alle Performance Marketing Aktivitäten verantwortlich und trägst maßgeblich zum weiteren, schnellen und nachhaltigen Wachstum unserer Geschäftsbereiche und ebike- bei.
    Du überwachst das Online Marketing Umfeld und identifizierst neue Möglichkeiten zur Erweiterung, Personalisierung und Automatisierung unserer bestehenden Performance Marketing Maßnahmen.
    Du bist verantwortlich für die Gestaltung, das Targeting und die Optimierung der wichtigsten Performance-Marketing-Kanäle rund um die Nutzergewinnung: SEA, SEO, Social Media Ads, Display und Affiliate Marketing.
    Um unser Wachstum weiter zu beschleunigen, gehören Website-Tracking, Conversion-Optimierung und A/B-Testing verschiedener Anzeigenalternativen und Landing Pages zu deinem Tagesgeschäft.
    Du arbeitest funktionsübergreifend mit dem Marketingteam, dem Produktentwicklungsteam und externen Partnern zusammen.
