    Perimeter Behavioral of Arlington has a great opportunity for Full-Time night and day shift Registered Nurses.

    Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington is conveniently located in Arlington Texas and is a psychiatric children's hospital providing inpatient programs for children and adolescents.

    We are committed to providing hope and transforming the lives of children in our community.

    The Register Nurses' responsibilities include the following:
    Providing quality and excellent nursing care to assigned behavioral health children and adolescents.

    Regularly assess, plan, implement and evaluate each resident's care and produce a comprehensive nursing assessment care and current nursing care plan.

    Develops measurable goals on the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan that are mutually set with the treatment team, and resident.
    Complete daily progress notes for assigned residents.
    Provides a safe, therapeutic environment that protects resident's rights.
    Maintains professional relationship with patients, family members and the staff of the Facility.
    Qualified candidates for Register Nurse should have the following:
    Active Register Nurse License in the State of Texas or eligible compact license.

    New nursing graduates are welcome to apply, but must have one-year direct care experience in a behavioral health setting.

    Shifts needed include 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
