- Serve as an Information Management Specialist in the Directorate of Information Management (DIM).
- Serve as the facility manager which plans the resource and cost distribution for the Information Management (IM) accounts.
- Serve as the resource manager for the Information Management Office.
- Prepare and review the annual and mid-year Information Management (IM) budget.
- Prepare all Government Orders and monitors the funding.
- Plan and coordinate Information Management (IM) contracting activities.
- Purchase and track all Information Management (IM) type buys and ensure funds are available.
- Prepare Excel spreadsheets, reports, statements of work and cost studies and familiar with Army contracting
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- May be required to lift typical office equipment like records, files, computers, etc.
- Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports) upon entering the position and annually
- Position may be filled as a time limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed five years by a current permanent Army employee
- Time limited reassignments and changes to lower grade may exceed five years, however, return rights may be impacted.
