    Description
    Find your calling at Mercy Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patients care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information.

    Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the goals of Mercy Health System, the Philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy, the State Nurse Practice Act, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics, and the Co-Worker Code of Conduct.

    Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

    Tiered Differentials:
    Tier 3 (Med/Surg):+$5.00/hrTier 2 (Stepdown):+$7.50/hrTier 1 (ICU):+$10.

    00/hrAdditional Shift Differentials:

    Evening:
    +$2.75/hrNight: +$4.60/hrWeekend: +$1.50/hrSign-On Bonus: Up to$10,000for eligible RNs

    Qualifications:
    Experience:1–2 years of bedside RN experienceEducation:Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)

    License:
    Current RN license in the stateCertifications:BLS through the American Heart AssociationPhysical requirements/demands:
    Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basisProlonged standing and walking each shiftAbility to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
