    We are currently hiring a Test Services Lead (Split Shift)

    Position Summary:
    Leads the team by setting a good example and influencing them to work their best
    Ensures team members work to established systems and work instruction
    Helps ensure company policies (e.g., personnel, safety, environmental) are followed by team
    Creates awareness with team members to reduce repetitive errors
    Monitors and coaches team member to work efficiently and encourages improvement
    Assists supervisor with timekeeping requirements
    Helps ensure necessary supplies are available and toolsets are in good working order
    Serves as backup for absent personnel
    Must be a US person (i.e., citizen or permanent resident)

    Computer skills:
    Intermediate (e.g., look up files, complete forms, database entries, etc.)
    Skilled in appropriate and accurate use of measuring tools (microscopes, calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, toolmakers microscope, etc.)
    Safety conscious
    Strong attention to detail and highly organized
    Quick study or fast learner
    Skilled in juggling multiple priorities in a high pressure, fast-paced manufacturing environment

    Education & Experience:
    High School Diploma or Equivalent
    Mechanically inclined a plus
    ESD knowledge a plus
    Microscope skills & experience is a plus
    Basic chemical awareness is a plus
    Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds

    Physical Requirements:
    Manual dexterity and fine motor skills
    20/20 vision (with corrective lenses)
    No physical sensitivities or limitations to chemical handling
    No physical limitations to standing, lifting up to 10#s, pushing, bending, walking, etc.
    This position requires handling of product or information which is subject to ITAR regulations. Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. a Green Card Holder).
