- Managing attorney time entries, correspondence, and other documents.
- Handling client correspondence preparation and delivery through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Maintaining client and referral contacts in Outlook and internal databases.
- Drafting legal documents
- Managing electronic and paper filing of client documents.
- Coordinating meetings and communications with clients, including the electronic transmission of billing statements, and maintaining attorney calendars.
- Preparing binders for clients and electronically transmitting documents.
- Witnessing or notarizing client documents and signings.
- Providing reception coverage as necessary.
- 3+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary
