    Responsibilities

    • Managing attorney time entries, correspondence, and other documents.
    • Handling client correspondence preparation and delivery through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
    • Maintaining client and referral contacts in Outlook and internal databases.
    • Drafting legal documents
    • Managing electronic and paper filing of client documents.
    • Coordinating meetings and communications with clients, including the electronic transmission of billing statements, and maintaining attorney calendars.
    • Preparing binders for clients and electronically transmitting documents.
    • Witnessing or notarizing client documents and signings.
    • Providing reception coverage as necessary.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary
