Job summary
The Human Capital Generalist will serve as a key partner in supporting HR operations across our HealthyU Care Partners.This role provides administrative and operational HR support for both clinical and non-clinical staff,
with a strong emphasis on recruitment coordination, employee records management,
payroll and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal,state,and local employment laws,including healthcare-specific regulations such as HIPAAand OSHA
- Assist in interpretation and application of HR procedures based on the approved employee handbookand healthcare compliance standards.
