Sr. Data Analyst is needed for SET's digital transformation initiative.

The role will be responsible to develop an understanding of the SET business and department processes in order to provide data analysis, highlight insights, document data requirements and recommend solutions/improvements that enable the department to operate more efficiently and improve performance.

This position will help oversee how changes are implemented regarding data, to help identify and troubleshoot issues during the build process.

Responsibilities:
Capture entity and relationship from business operationsCapture data states as entities move through a business processIdentify and document data requirementsDocument key terms and definitions within a department or business process for data governanceComprehend cross-functional data needs, and present/articulate findings to an internal and externalaudienceProvide input to report disposition/development projects to improve the efficiency of data analysisWork with business and IT partners to conclude the best solutions to merge the ERP process withexisting business functionsReview and provide feedback on the source to target mappings based on designsTest and troubleshoot data issues using SQL and/or reporting toolsInteract with various teams and partners to ensure alignment on all the above activities

Additional Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skillsStrong learning orientation and curious approach to dataRequires limited supervision, able to develop a work plan for themselves, work through tasks and deliver results from a broad set of objectivesExperience with self-service tools (Ex. Tableau, PowerBI)Experience with data governance a plusExperience with agile methodology a plusUnderstanding of vehicle supply chain environment is a plusUnderstanding of automotive industry is a plus
