    Job Description:


    We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Web and Mobile Applications Project Manager to manage complex Digital Platform Redevelopment projects (including Mobile App Push Notifications SDK implementation) for the Communications and Marketing Department in areas of IT Program Management, including the analysis, study, planning, design, implementation of technology projects and service delivery.

    Act as liaison between partner agencies (IT, digital, creative, media) and the Communications and Marketing department.


    This role plays a crucial role in ensuring documentation of communication and change orders, synchronization of expectations and dependencies between vendors, assist in removing blockers for vendors and securing approvals from internal stakeholders on Web and Mobile Applications vendor deliverables.

    Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.


    Required Experience:
    5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
    Experience managing technical projects using web and mobile applications.
    Experience managing vendors.
    Experience with Project Estimation Modeling.
    Experience with Project Planning and Scheduling.
    Experience with Risk Management.
    Experience implementing large Change Management initiatives.
    Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
    Experience with SDLC methodologies.
    Experience with reporting documentation.
    Experience and proficiency in Excel (formulas).


    Preferred Experience:
    Experience working in a digital and creative agency.
    Experience with and understanding of Google Analytics G4 basics.
    Experience with and understanding of basic design principles with an emphasis on UX.
    Experience with and understanding of email marketing campaigns.
    Experience with and understanding of the 7-phase design process.


    Preferred Education/Certification:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Communications and Marketing, or a related field.
