- Coordinate comprehensive training programs for kitchen staff and service employees, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective training solutions.
- Devise and refine recipes and portion specifications based on consumer preferences, nutritional requirements, and cost-effective practices.
- Collaborate with operation managers to enhance plate presentations, create special event menus, and design innovative service areas.
- Prepare detailed operational reports, analyzing progress and trends to make informed recommendations for culinary improvements.
