    About The Role:

    Join the Professional Services Operations Team as a Senior Manager, where you will utilize Stackline's proprietary data set to uncover opportunities as a trusted advisor to some of the biggest brands in the world. The Senior Account Manager, Operations will be responsible for helping clients solve their largest supply chain and operations problems by identifying root cause drivers, providing strategic insights and creating scalable solutions. They will leverage data to drive cost savings initiatives, build custom reports and provide insights on how to maximize logistical efficiencies with retailers. This individual will innovate and be part of creating the tools and systems that will help brands successfully operate their businesses.


    What You Will Do:

    • Build and foster relationships with contacts at prominent consumer brands across all organizational levels and departments.
    • Drive improved profit margin for brands by actively disputing fines & fees.
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive e-commerce retail strategy specific to: supply chain, forecasting, and cost avoidance.
    • Extract insights from extensive amounts of data and provide valuable recommendations and opportunities to clients that enhance their e-commerce supply chain & operations strategy.
    • Generate reports analyzing inventory position, promotional readiness, operations, fines, fees & short payments.
    • Lead day-to-day counsel and bi-weekly calls with clients, addressing project work on various deliverables.
    • Contribute to company innovation and tools, implementing enhancements to drive divisional efficiencies and success.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts, streamline processes, and achieve organizational success.
    • Develop SOPs, guides & assets to grow & scale internal resources.
    Who We Are Looking For:
    • 5+ years of relevant supply chain and/or account management experience
    • 4+ years e-commerce retail OR consulting experience
    • 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze large amounts of data and draw insights
    • Demonstrated experience drawing insights from data to provide recommendations to clients on e-commerce strategy
    • Demonstrated ability to stay organized while prioritizing and managing workflows
    • Track record of synthesizing various data inputs into cohesive, creative, and polished client deliverables
    • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills

    Bonus Points If You Have:
    • Experience reducing fines & fees driven by chargebacks & short payments associated with e-commerce Retailers

Actual salaries are just one component of the compensation package and may vary above or below the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographical location, and performance. The pay range for this position located in Seattle is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and other team-specific awards.
