Job DescriptionLead and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes
