    Salesforce Developer - Marketing Cloud
    Irving, TX (Hybrid)

    Position Summary
    We are looking for a skilled IT professional to join our IT Engineering team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

    Responsibilities

    Design and implement end-to-end marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journey creation, email and SMS marketing, audience segmentation, and data integration.

    Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning them with business objectives and customer requirements.
    Create and optimize personalized email campaigns, ensuring deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates are consistently improved.
    Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to ensure targeted messaging and drive engagement across various customer segments.
    Continuously analyze campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
    Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.

    Provide expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.) and data privacy guidelines.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement new features, functionalities, and integrations within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

    Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud domain.
    Possibly some exposure and experience with Salesforce CRM and with Salesforce Lightning.


    Requirements :
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.

    Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including designing and implementing marketing automation campaigns.

    In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
    Proven track record of delivering successful marketing automation campaigns, driving customer engagement, and achieving business objectives.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to optimize campaign performance.
    Proficiency in SQL and AMPscript for data manipulation and personalization.
    Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design for email template creation.
    Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance with email regulations and data privacy guidelines.
    Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
