- Advise the NCSC Director, the Office of Economic Security and Emerging Technologies Director, other National Intelligence Managers, and policymakers on foreign intelligence threats.
- Lead national counterintelligence campaigns and initiatives, including analyzing, collecting, and counteracting foreign intelligence threats.
- Work with NCSC and ODNI counterparts to implement the National Counterintelligence Strategy.
- Brief senior officials on threats, priorities, and gaps.
- Build effective partnerships with colleagues, experts, and law enforcement agencies to drive counterintelligence initiatives.
- Create collaborative networks within ODNI and across the IC.
- Develop knowledge and establish a reputation as an integration leader.
- Support briefings on collaboration progress, issues, and challenges.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be a current permanent ODNI or Federal employee with supervisory approval for the Joint Duty Assignment.
- Expert knowledge of IC analysis, collection, organizations, and counterintelligence.
- Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analysis, collection, and counterintelligence initiatives.
- Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and previous intelligence mission management or counterintelligence experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
