    Find your purpose with CentraCare by joining our Supply Chain team as a Finance & Supply Chain Informatics Analyst This role would be primarily a Work from Home position with required in office time for training and occasional meetings.

    What You'll Do:
    • Supports Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications including but not limited to operational deployment and administration of said applications as well as overall data management and integrity efforts.
    • Assists in planning and implementing new processes and makes recommendations related to streamlining FSCM processes and procedures related to system.
    • Applies expertise to problem solving and optimizing software solutions within FSCM.
    • Maintains accurate and complete Item Master and Ordering Catalog, acting as data steward for FSCM information and coordinating with functional and technical staff on transactional matters.
    • Collaborates with Information Systems regarding technology enhancement and optimization projects for current or future CentraCare Health entities.
    • Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.
    • Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with co-workers.
    Schedule:
    • Full Time | 80 hours every two weeks
    • Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • No Weekends or Holidays
    Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, computer science, management information systems, informatics or related field required.
    • 3 years' minimum of analyst experience (e.g., proficient in report writing, advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Access) required.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Healthcare experience preferred.
    • Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP) preferred.
    Additional Qualifications:
    • Two to three years' experience with automated systems required.
    • Technical expertise in computerized system required.
    • Extensive understanding of Supply Chain Management department workflow and end user needs.
    • Strong analytical and customer service skills required.
    • Intermediate to expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel required.
    • Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines and focusing on results/output.
    • Strong performance in high stress situations with heavy workload for short periods of time.
