- You will be responsible for the investigation, planning, scheduling, managing, executing, reporting, accomplishment, and technical direction of broad and difficult environmental engineering studies and projects.
- You will conduct complex environmental engineering studies to evaluate existing methods, unit processes and operations, process equipment, and hazardous material evolution facilities.
- You will identify, isolate, define, and quantify problems or potential problems that affect facility compliance with all environmental regulatory requirements.
- You will collect and report data relating to environmental quality.
- You will develop and implement, new or modified programs for determining facility compliance with environmental regulations, standards, and guidelines for control of pollutants in support of pollution prevention.
- You will provide professional level guidance in all areas of the facility's environmental programs.
- You will establish programs and develop guidelines for the investigation and analysis of environmental discharges.
- You will serve as technical advisor to the OSHE Branch Head in all matters related to pollution prevention for the program responsibilities assigned.
- You will maintain technical competency in the most current developments in pollution control and environmental program management.
- You will recommend training programs for personnel for bacteriological water testing, physical and chemical analysis used in monitoring processes, systems, and procedures
