- Administer HR plans and procedures, including policy development and maintenance of the employee handbook.
- Assist in setting department goals and objectives.
- Manage new hire and termination paperwork, including exit interviews.
- Provide coaching and counseling to managers on employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Build rapport with employees, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and knowledge through continuous learning.
- Associate's degree in human resources management or related field required.
- Minimum 1+ years of HR experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- The position will be stationed at the Boise, Idaho facility.
- Hybrid work model 3 to 4 days onsite & 1 to 2 days remote
- Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm
- Pay starts at $55,000/year.
