    DIRECT-HIRE HR GENERALIST OPENING LOCATED IN BOISE, IDAHO

    THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacturer in their search for an HR Generalist to join their growing HR team

    We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, employment law compliance, and benefits for our clients globally expanding organization.

    Essential Job Duties:

    • Administer HR plans and procedures, including policy development and maintenance of the employee handbook.
    • Assist in setting department goals and objectives.
    • Manage new hire and termination paperwork, including exit interviews.
    • Provide coaching and counseling to managers on employee relations matters.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Build rapport with employees, delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and knowledge through continuous learning.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Associate's degree in human resources management or related field required.
    • Minimum 1+ years of HR experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.

    Schedule, Pay, & Benefits:

    • The position will be stationed at the Boise, Idaho facility.
    • Hybrid work model 3 to 4 days onsite & 1 to 2 days remote
    • Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm
    • Pay starts at $55,000/year.
