- Review of marketing claims and copy, and develop / manage associated legal disclosures
- Develop marketing materials and related content and support distribution on various distribution channels
- Support general brand and marketing campaigns
- Structure and negotiate marketing agreements, media buys and brand partnerships
- Develop, review and manage sponsorship, event and talent agreements
- Provide general legal support for brand, advertising and marketing for the Executive Office
- Monitor state and federal marketing, advertising, media and finance developments with a primary focus on regulations, self-regulatory organizations, consent orders, and other regulatory issues pertaining to marketing and advertising, including related laws and regulatory activity
- Opportunity to work closely with lawyers from other divisions
- Knowledge of and experience with federal, state and finance laws and regulations including those relating to marketing and advertising
- Experience with drafting of marketing claims, partnerships and contracts
- Knowledge of consent orders relating to marketing and finance
- 3+ years post qualification experience. Experience working on marketing and brand related issues and programs with financial companies a significant plus.
- Team player with inherent commercial judgment and strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- High level of initiative, integrity, and organization

This position will interact daily with colleagues across the firms legal, compliance, privacy, marketing, brand and technology functions.
