Job summary
The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks with a focus on HVAC systems plumbing electrical work and general repairs. This role requires strong communication skills exceptional customer service and the ability to manage and complete service requests efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Responsibilities
* Communicate clearly compassionately and with empathy when speaking with team members residents and vendors* Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with team members residents and vendors* Communicate with the Assistant Maintenance Manager – Tech (AMM-T)and/or Centralized Maintenance Coordinator (CMC) to prioritize tasks throughout the day* Respond and complete service requests in a professional timely manner* Consistently maintain a clean safe work environmentJob description
