    Description

    Want to work as a Technical Business Analyst at a public real estate investment trust company?

    This role will be in Paramus, NJ and they are on a hybrid model. 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

    As the Technical Business Analyst, you will help assess and analyze the organization's current IT platform capabilities and suggest solutions to improve the company's systems and processes. You will work closely with internal resources and outsourced partners and liaise between business departments and the IT team. You will manage and oversee technical development projects while effectively communicating with business and IT stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, developing data integration requirements between target and source systems, and driving the successful delivery of projects that align with our strategic objectives.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years working with business stakeholders
    • Strong technical background and a good understanding of the software development life cycle and the outputs of each phase. experience in software development languages and frameworks desirable
    • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Microsoft Projects, Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft DevOps
    • Experience in ERP, CRM, and SaaS application implementation, integrations, API integrations, upgrades, and enhancements
    • Experience with Microsoft Stack including, SQL, SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerFlows, and O365
    • Experience in real estate ERPs, such as MRI or Yardi is preferred
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
    • Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders

    Compensation is $175-190K base + 10% bonus and the job sits in Paramus. 4 days on-site, 1 day remote.
