    Qualifications:
    • Embrace the spirit of "apapacho," the art of warm, nurturing care.
    • Previous experience as a bartender.
    • General knowledge wine, cocktails, and beer.
    • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
    • Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
    About Monarca:
    We are not just a casual family dining restaurant; we are a Mexican steakhouse in disguise. Our upscale experience revolves around refined cuisine, crafted beverages, and a steadfast commitment to hospitality. Our mantra is "Mi Casa Es Tu Casa," inviting all to find comfort within our walls.

    Weekly day range:
    • Every weekend
    • Monday to Friday
    • Brunch on the weekends
    Work Location and conditions:
    In person, being able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

    Position Details:
    • Utilize handheld devices to expedite orders and payments.
    • Availability required on weekends and weekdays, including brunch service.
    • Work location is in person, requiring prolonged standing and walking.
    • Basic math and sales experience are advantageous.
    Responsibilities:
    • Set up bar areas, ensuring chairs are impeccably arranged and stocked.
    • Serve food with precision, ensuring timely and appealing presentations.
    • Handle payment processing, bid farewell to guests, and assist as needed.
    • Present menus, provide recommendations, and take orders.
    • Continuously gauge guest satisfaction throughout their meal and drinks.

    • Our team is attuned and hands-on, ensuring impeccable experiences.
    • Uniforms are MONOTONE, blending seamlessly into the background to enhance guest focus.
