    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Salesperson/Account Manager to join our team and represent our company's services in the North Carolina Triad area.

    You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing & potential clients, generating new leads, and closing sales to drive business growth.

    While prior experience in waste management is desirable, we welcome candidates with a proven track record in sales and a passion for learning.


    Responsibilities
    Sales Strategy

    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote roll-off dumpster services and waste solutions in the North Carolina Triad area.

    Identify potential customers, market segments, and growth opportunities.

    Lead Generation
    Proactively seek new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, online research, and industry publications.

    Client Relationship Management
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their waste disposal needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements effectively.

    Sales Presentations

    Deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and advantages of our roll-off dumpster services and waste solutions.

    Quoting and Proposal Preparation
    Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the proposed solutions meet the clients' needs.

    Negotiation and Deal Closure
    Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Work towards closing sales deals efficiently and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Market Research
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to waste management services. Utilize this knowledge to position our offerings competitively.

    Sales Reporting
    Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports for management review.

    Customer Service
    Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

    Collaboration
    Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to clients. Collaborate with marketing to support promotional activities and campaigns.


    Qualifications

    • Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in selling services or solutions.
    • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
    • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
    • Knowledge of the waste management industry is desirable but not required.
    • Familiarity with the North Carolina Triad area's businesses and industries is a plus.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within the designated sales territory.

    Compensation ($40k - $100+k)
    - $40k base
